So if you go back and forth between something like an Astro Spectra Plus and XTL it became natural to switch it to from COM whatever to USB. When I updated from 7 to 10 bit to bit , my Motorola genuine USB XTL programming cable was redetected and started showing up as a Serial Port instead of USB. Hmm if you worked for GSA providing radios or vehicle that would be an area that I would be interested in working as well.
